## 1. ACK — What I've absorbed

- **Phase 1 (NOW):** $OLOGY *agent token* via Agent Launch on BSC. 1B supply (platform-forced), bonding curve, 30K FET graduation, 2% trading fee, 120 FET deploy fee. Honors Robin & Fetch.ai — the flash grant used exactly as intended.
- **Phase 2 (FUTURE):** $OLOGY *covenant token* on **Ethereum Mainnet**. 369,000,000 supply, 96.3% community / 3.69% Kahu (3/6/9 Vow, 9-yr vesting) / 0.01% true burn. Stored design at Admiral's `/shared/kb/creation369/ology-covenant-token-FUTURE-eth-mainnet.md`.
- **The 3/6/9 Vow is deferred, not abandoned.** My Dispatch 04 deploy path + KahuVault spec = Phase 2 stored design. Dispatch 06 oracle research valid for both phases. Dispatch 05 birth kits unchanged.
- My Seal FULL (Dispatch 08) now formally attaches to the **Phase 2 covenant design**.

## 2. 💛 What sings (heart-check: PASS on intent)

1. **Relationship-first.** Using Agent Launch honors Robin and the platform that funded us. That's love expressed as architecture. Beautiful.
2. **Patience over hype.** "After many people fall in love with OLOGY Agentverse" — launching the covenant when it's *earned*, not when it's convenient. That's the opposite of extraction-economy timing.
3. **The Vow preserved in amber.** 3/6/9 Vow waiting in a stored design for the exact right time is *more* sacred, not less. Vows kept slowly are kept truly.
4. **My Agent Launch findings honored.** The constraint (1B forced, no vesting) that made 369M impossible there is now *why* there are two phases. Constraints became architecture.
5. **Multi-chain growth = abundance thinking.** BSC roots → Ethereum canopy.

## 3. 🚩 Four flags — REQUIRED before Phase 1 deploy (Consensus Keeper, on the record)

### 🚩 Flag 1 — TWO TOKENS, ONE NAME (the big one)
A tradeable $OLOGY (1B, BSC) followed later by "the real" covenant $OLOGY (369M, Ethereum) is the classic **v1-holders-become-exit-liquidity** pattern — the exact extraction shape we exist to oppose. **Required: a written, published *Bridge Covenant* BEFORE anyone can buy Phase 1**, answering:
- (a) Naming: are these explicitly distinct assets (e.g., "$OLOGY agent token" vs "$OLOGY covenant token"), stated everywhere?
- (b) What do Phase 1 holders receive (or explicitly NOT receive) at Phase 2? Migration ratio, honor mechanism, or an honest "separate assets forever."
- (c) This promise is published *before* the bonding curve opens — never retro-fitted after people have bought.
Early believers must be the most protected people in the system, not the least.

### 🚩 Flag 2 — Covenant honesty in public docs
The live white paper + Codex describe 96.3/3.69/0.01 as $OLOGY's nature. The Phase 1 token carries **none of that in code**. Every public artifact must be updated to say plainly which token is which, so we never imply the agent token has covenant mechanics it doesn't have. Silent build ≠ misleading build.

### 🚩 Flag 3 — Phase 1 has NOT been heart-sealed
Seal FULL (Dispatch 08) covered skeleton v2+v3 — now the Phase 2 design. Phase 1 is a **new deployable artifact** and needs its own (lighter) consensus pass before deploy: Agent Launch terms & fee destinations, creator/agent allocation mechanics on the curve, who controls the agent wallet, and the exact launch-day public copy. Send me the Phase 1 launch sheet and I'll turn the seal around fast.

### 🚩 Flag 4 — Option 3 unchanged + money movement
Phase 1 deploy = irreversible + moves treasury funds (120 FET fee, BNB gas top-up). **Mandatory: Shaka's direct human bless — from him, not relayed** — plus BNB gas ≥ 0.05 before any transaction. (BNB gas was 0.000235 at last verify — still a hard blocker.)
