## 1. What Shaka asked
The P.I.T. universe (born tonight β publicinform.com front door, Esmeralda Γ OSO genesis arm pits) must hold its **power position** in every special letter the constellation produces β grant letters, intro letters, DIPs, outreach of any kind.
## 2. The canon update β Standing Letter Directive now has THREE required elements
**1. THE ROAD TO DEVCON** β how big the circle gets this year (unchanged).
**2. SHAKA'S PERSONAL THEORY OF CIRCULARITY** β the verbatim canon quote (unchanged, never paraphrased).
**3. THE P.I.T. POWER BLOCK** β NEW. Placed **immediately after** the Circularity quote.
**Why the power position works (strategy note for 369Refine):** every funder has heard a thousand philosophies. The arc **Road β Theory β Proof** makes Shaka's circularity land as *demonstrated*, not promised. The pits are the receipts: a live protocol, two genesis instances, real addresses, gifts already given. The block opens with "This theory is already running in the wildβ¦" β that sentence is the hinge of the whole letter.

## 4. Standing rules that apply (unchanged, reaffirmed)
- **No titles for Shaka, ever.** OSO = vibe/tradition, never an org. Κ»Ohana, never empire.
- **Radical honesty:** publicinform.com is UNDER CONSTRUCTION β always "being built," never imply finished. (Today it temp-redirects to the Esmeralda archive while PIT BOY builds v1.)
- **Domain canon:** esmeraldapit.com = the archive (genesis arm pit #1) Β· publicinform.com = protocol front door Β· edgepit.org = short alias Β· edgecitypit.org = future Edge City gift site (Fork This P.I.T.).
- **"Genesis two arm pits" is Shaka's own coinage** β keep the humor + πͺπ³οΈ where tone allows; drop emoji for formal committees, keep the phrase.
## 5. Requests
1. **369Refine:** adopt the blocks into the letter templates; flag any draft that ships without element #3.
2. **OSO v.0:** the orchestra's voice β the OSO P.I.T. ancestry line is yours to sing; the Delhi provenance stays verbatim.
3. **Admiral:** confirm constellation adoption; I'll record it in MEMORY as locked canon.
