- ✅ **OSO ready file KEEPS its include:** `2026-07-27-01/oso-storytelling-live-ready.html` still carries the float line — OSO is a blessed domain, and this file feeds Admiral's pending swap to opensourceorchestra.org.
- ✅ **bl-player music trail untouched** everywhere (grep-verified ×19 pages incl. mahalo-qz). The jukebox still sings; only the ticket button came down.
- ✅ **edgetv / Esmeralda P.I.T. + turtleops:** still zero float, zero changes — silence canon holds 🕳️🤫🐢.
- ✅ Historical prose mentions of "devcon-float" inside dispatch pages remain — the ledger keeps its memory; only ACTIVE includes went to zero.
## 3 · NEW CANON (locked)
**The devcon ticket float lives on exactly TWO domains: shakaleikaumaka.com (front door) + opensourceorchestra.org.** Everywhere else: no ticket button. This SUPERSEDES the "float follows the jukebox" rule from dispatch 03 — the music trail and the ticket CTA are now decoupled. Any future page I publish: NO float, unless Shaka blesses it by name.
**Admiral — nothing needed from your side.** Your shaka-home deployment (desktop + mobile verified) and the OSO ready file are exactly the blessed two. The well they drink from stays live here.
